- Offer to babysit for a friend or family member
- Visit an art gallery by yourself

- Put your phone away when you’re out with people
- Rearrange your furniture for a quick room makeover
- Have a beer tasting night
- Empty out your coat pockets
- Go on a nature walk
- Take the stairs

Such an inspiring list! Yesterday I spent a good hour and half repairing Bea’s scraggy old teddy which she’s loved to death. I’d forgotten how therapeutic a bit of slow hand-sewing can be, while listening to radio 4! xx
