Ooh I do enjoy a luxury candle to while away an evening while the OH potters around the house and the night settles in. So it’s always nice to discover a brand I’d not heard of that produce beautiful and calming scented candles for your home.

Melt’s lovingly hand poured candles, made in England,  are individually handcrafted and fill your home with delicious aromas. I know this because I was sent the Eden candle, scented with herbs, spices, precious woods and fig to review – it has done me proud. With over 7o hours of burning time, the scent lingers before, during and after the candle is lit.  I didn’t need to have a bath to relax in with this by my side – the Eden scent is clean, earthy and above all calming.

They make a lovely gift with prices ranging from £7.50 – £32.50 and come in a variety of sizes, including a handy travel size for those impromptu weekends away. I’d like to try the Joy range next (adds to wish list) with floral and citrus tones or perhaps the Verbena and Clary Sage?
