5 Positive Things To Do This Week #18
- Do a Facebook edit. Do you find yourself moaning about ‘friends’ on your timeline who aren’t really friends? Hide them from your timeline or remove them completely. Bye bye grumpy ‘friend’ who I knew a little when I was 10.
- Don’t always put on a brave face. I’m convinced we’d all be a more merry bunch if we realised that nobody’s life is perfect. We all suffer from similar problems and can identify/learn from each other – we’re all in it together.
- Ditch the microwave. It’s a fact that jacket potatoes taste better baked in the oven. As does milk heated up slowly on the hob to make a warming night drink or a perfect bowl of porridge for your morning breakfast. For the folk with little ‘uns, I understand if you disagree!
- Use the stairs and avoid escalators and lifts. Every step counts.
- Reward yourself for being totally awesome and have an afternoon nap (try avoid doing this at work).

Argh Facebook drives me round the bend! Then I realised it was up to me to change that…delete, delete 🙂

I like how there is always one tip on here a week that I have already decided to do! This week it’s walking. I walked less last week and felt worse for it. This week the walking is back.

Me too. We live on top of a BIG hill (Wuthering Heights!) & I sometimes cheat and get the bus. No more!

We were on the same page with point one! I did a whole post yesterday on having a social media cleanse.
Always love it when there’s something on your list I was thinking about anyway- it spurs me on!
