Etsy Made Local: Leeds Christmas Market

A6-ETSY-MADE-LOCAL-FLYER-1

Remember on Monday when I said I felt organised for once and how I was looking forward to the festive season? Well, scrap that. A mere 48 hours have passed and I’m already feeling stressed, having worked out how many days I have till I ‘break up’, and how little time I have to get through my MEGA work list.

One of the reasons I’m panicking is because my usual default times to do extra freelance work are at weekends and evenings, for those times when I’ve said yes to too many things (it’s all my own fault really). This month however, all my weekends and a good chunk of evenings have been filled up with fun Christmas events and roller derby commitments so I’m feeling the pressure folks (and drinking ALL the Berocca). Knowing we’re all in the same boat helps though and the reward of two weeks off is pretty helpful too. The list shall be conquered! I shall have my holiday.

One of those Christmas events is the Etsy Leeds Christmas Market this Sunday. It’s held at Leeds City Museum between 11-4pm , with over 30 stalls selling handmade, vintage and craft wares. It’s based near the German Christmas Market too so you will find me chomping on Stollen and glugging mulled wine afterwards.

Here’s a taste of the Etsy designer-makers that will be exhibiting there…do come along if you can!Etsy Made Local: Leeds Christmas Market
