  • Plan a pyjama day and enjoy some escapism.
  • Do something out of your comfort zone. For me that’s jumping off a pontoon into the sea! Eep.
  • Make Monday a good day and bake a cake to chomp on throughout the week.
  • Check out your local gig guide for music and comedy talent in your area. A cheap and fun mid-week night out.
  • Try eating four vegetarian meals a week and cut back on your meat intake.
