5 Positive Things To Do This Week #20
- Don’t save your best for best. Wear your favourite perfume, jewellery and clothes every single day.
- Be present. Really try this week to live in the moment.
- Sort out your jewellery box/display and surprise yourself with pieces you haven’t worn for a while.
- Plump your pillows (it’s ridiculously satisfying).
- Enjoy a day out by yourself. Go walking, shopping, exploring or pop to the cinema. Silver Linings Playbook is excellent!

For years now I’ve been devoted to one (Dyptique) perfume because I love the smell and the bottle. I used to save it for best but now I try to use it everyday. The smell instantly lifts me and even though it’s pricy, proper ‘Parfum’ rather than ‘eau de toilette’ lasts longer and you need less – bingo!

I love these. I sorted out my jewellery in January and it gives me so much joy to see it all, but then since then I’ve not worn pretty much any of it!
I did a mindfulness course last week too. It was…interesting.
