5 Positive Things To Do This Week #12
- Listen. We can’t fix every problem – somethings just aren’t black and white. However we can take time to listen to others which often does more good.
- Take biscuits or cake into work (preferably on a Monday) to cheer your colleagues up. Cake makes everything better.
- Empty your purse/wallet of receipts and rubbish. I did this the other week and found a fiver I didn’t think I had. Bonus.
- Sleep. To get through the busiest month of the year I’m aiming to sleep as much as possible – I reckon it’s the healthiest thing you can do (without much effort). I struggle to get to bed early but with the aid of a good book, I may just become a pro.
- Give Blood. I heard an advert through Spotify recently reminding me the importance of giving blood, especially throughout the festive season, when stocks are low. You can sign up here.
