Come Winter

Well then, I fear it may be a tad too early to talk about Autumn/Winter but it’s beginning to draw me in. Red wine, warm clothes, wholesome food, period dramas and the dreaded word…Christmas, are all on my mind. It’s these things that remind of Winter and what I love about it.

It all began when we went to the Yorkshire Dales a few weeks back. I must have been taken there a lot in the past in the Winter because soon as it got chilly in the evening I started to look forward to the coming months. There’s nothing better than wrapping up in a good Winter coat, scarf and gloves and crashing indoors with your hands wrapped around a mug of hot mulled wine…oh my. Don’t get me started on knit tights and thick wooly cardigans ♥
