Positive Things to do This Week
Hello February friends, it’s been a while. How are you? There’s been a lot of adulting going on here, which loosely explains my absence from these parts.
Without wanting to jinx things, I feel I’m in a better place to dedicate some time back to the blog. I think I need a distraction that doesn’t involve eating another tub of Ben & Jerry’s Phish Food.
So, I’m starting with the basics. Here’s some 5 positive things that will do some good to others and you:
#1 Give a favourite shop/cafe/business a shout-out on Instagram
#2 Bring in coffee for your work colleagues
#3 Take a solo cinema trip
#4 Support authors by pre ordering their book
#5 Ask for help
