I LOVE Fall For DIY, Francesca’s ideas and tutorials are always beautifully styled, contemporary and original too. Read the full Felt Star Banner tutorial on Home Edit.
Another great soundtrack from Julia Ogden.
Orla Kiely alert! There’s a giveaway on Kathryn’s charming blog, Kat Got the Cream. Go!
I might have added this lovely personalised necklace, made by Oh Someday via The Lost Lanes, to my Christmas wish list. This and a pair of roller skates will do me fine, honest guv! P.S ROLLER SKATES!
There is always a great element of surprise when you gift someone a Christmas hamper; a joyful boozy and chocolate filled sort of happiness.
Thanks to BHS, I was sent the Sweet Celebration Christmas Tote (tote of the week!) filled with Belgian chocolates, biscuits, hot chocolate, Christmas pudding and fizz. I was also sent the Sparkling Rosé and Truffles hamper (£25) which we shared with friends one evening whilst listening to Kate Bush. Both hampers looked really luxurious, and their contents (still working our way through them) made me feel very pampered indeed.
Hampers from BHS range from £8 to £250, making great gifts for all and sundry. Plus if you’re anything like me you’ll get just as excited about the container as well as it’s contents, who doesn’t love a wicker basket/fancy tote bag?
Just a taste of my Most Wanted blog posts that were featured recently. Beautiful 2015 calendars, my favourite magazine racks (for all your christmas reads!), tableware and contemporary kitchen linens.
The Gift of Giving blog post by Oh Joy made me think a little more about what I can do to help others this Christmas, and going forward.
Ah christmas films! Here’s a few of my favourite Christmas films; It’s A Wonderful Life, Scrooged, Bad Santa, Elf, Gremlins, Home Alone, White Christmas, Sleepless in Seattle and Miracle on 34th Street. Have you watched many yet?
Happy Sunday!

This is a lovely post Lisa! I’m trying to blog read regularly again, and all this loveliness helps.
I am currently watching Home Alone, my particular loves are Miracle on 34th St, Little Women, It’s a Wonderful Life, Meet Me in St Louis(technically not a Christmas film but it feels like one).
