Gift Guide: Wedding Presents Under £30

Let’s admit it: buying gifts for people can be a right royal pain in the bum. I tend to have lots of ideas at the beginning of the year and then suddenly life happens and I make a card and pop some cash in it instead. I much prefer the wedding gift giving protocol where the couple choose something they actually want and need.

However, the last few weddings we’ve been to the happy couples have asked for nothing at all, which we completely ignored of course. So to cover my bases for the future when life happens again, I’ve compiled a list of awesome wedding gifts all under £30. Hopefully you will find them helpful too!

For couples who appreciate great design and an unconventional wedding gift, I love the World is Your Oyster print, the Him and Her Peg Dolls and the Happy days Mug from Bread and Jam, to give them something to smile about when they return back to the real world.

The personalised wedding gift is definitely the most obvious choice and a popular one too. I adore the customised cutlery from The Faded Nest with ‘Bride and Groom’ inscribed on vintage forks – perfect for feasting on the wedding cake and only £20 for the pair. Or perhaps this bespoke etched milk bottle from Vinegar & Brown Paper? The personalised address stamp would be a lovely gift for writing thank you notes with the new couple’s joint name.

If you’re looking for something for the home that the couple can appreciate when they return from their honeymoon, how about a welcome-home congratulatory hamper from Regency Hampers? Or set a romantic scene with a set of Cable & Cotton lights and hand dipped dinner candles from Ederle?

Finally, for a purse-friendly option, frame this beautiful Rifle Paper card with a large mount and wooden frame.
