5 Positive Things To Do This Week #57
- When you leave your home, pick up a piece of fruit on your way out of the door. Don’t put it in your bag to snack on later. Eat it while you walk to the bus stop/car/train station.
- Plan a pumpkin carving night for one day this week. Add music, hot mulled wine and gingerbread biscuits. Check out Pinterest for recipe and carving inspiration.
- Don’t rush your lunch. Eat something hot, that you can eat at the right pace. Hurrah for soup season!
- Clean your remote controls (TV and games console etc).
- Give 5 people (1 a day) a compliment. It will make their day a little more positive.

I love giving compliments. My theory runs as such: if the saying goes “If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all” then surely if you have something nice to say you really should say it? I love to say it.
