Lately: St Ives Fest 2013 (annual university gathering)

Once a year, the university gang gets together in a field in Cambridgeshire (thanks to Louise’s lovely Mum!) and has a good old catchup. We see each other throughout the year but this special weekend, once every Summer, is for us all, our partners and children to camp under the stars for one night only and generally put the world to rights.

This year we had a blast (hence why there were no photographs taken after dark); we ate a ridiculous amount of food, played rounders, sang songs and drank a little too much red wine. It was bliss.

I can’t really put to words how much this gang of people mean to me, only that they are my soul mates and that my body is still aching from laughing so hard. I like them a lot. Indeed I do.
