5 Positive Things To Do This Week #21
- Buy yourself some flavoured milk (chocolate is my personal favourite) and blow bubbles with a straw. You’ll feel like a 5-year-old again.
- Avoid multi-tasking for one day. Instead savour every single moment without thinking of the next.
- Catch up on sewing repairs with a mug of hot chocolate.

mmmmm. Flavoured milk. I used to drink loads of it (and weirdly when I did that I actually lost a fair bit of weight).
I might have to get some of that milk squash thing and some straws on my lunch break!

Got a craving for chocolate milk now! I always used to get told off for blowing bubbles through my straw though…
