Checking in.
It’s silly really to write a post about the fact that you will be absent from blogging for the rest of the week. Nevertheless that’s what I’m doing – dotting the I’s and crossing the t’s and all that jazz! Just got a few things to sort out after receiving some bad news this week. If you follow me on twitter you’ll know the deal! Anyhoo, I’ll be back next week so no big drama.
I did manage to read a few blogs this morning though and am determined to try this project out by the ever so clever Hannah from Seeds and Stitches. How adorable are these baubles? Nothing like a bit of makery to make the world feel good again…

Hi darling. Just been catching up with your timeline and cottoning on. Sorry I’m a bit slow on the uptake but am so sorry to hear your news and the timing of it. I think your positive outlook that this will in fact be an opening of a new door, as much as the closing of an old one is absolutely right. I know it’s dificult to swallow platitudes when the proverbial has hit the fan and the nitty gritty of real life bites but I’m sure everything will work out ok in the end. In the meantime, Betty’s and I are only a train ride away (my treat)…Lots of love xxx
