  • Plan a day out walking with your favourite people (followed by pub grub, of course).
  • Have a 20 minute nap (any longer and you’ll feel groggy).
  • Change your alarm to something relaxing, rather than a loud (and stressful) ring tone.
  • Cook a surprise three course meal for someone special to show them how much you care.
  • Treat yourself to a big bag of Pick n Mix.
