5 Positive Things To Do This Week #78
- Plan a day out walking with your favourite people (followed by pub grub, of course).
- Have a 20 minute nap (any longer and you’ll feel groggy).
- Change your alarm to something relaxing, rather than a loud (and stressful) ring tone.
- Cook a surprise three course meal for someone special to show them how much you care.
- Treat yourself to a big bag of Pick n Mix.

I like the pick and mix one! My OH has been known just to pay a visit to the cinema just for their pick and mix and not to watch a movie 🙂
