Apple Crumble muffins
I was lucky enough to come away from my sisters the other day with a bag full of cooking apples courtesy of her apple tree. As soon as I got home I did a little research into apple recipes and came across this fabulous recipe from Ellie and for Apple Crumble muffins. So I whipped into town and bought a muffin tray. My friends, I’m never buying muffins again…

Mmmm I made apple crumble cupcakes last yr they were so good, but I think a muffin could be even better!!
